专利说明:
The field of the invention is that of the design and manufacture of cosmetic product distribution devices. More specifically, the invention relates to a distributor capable of optimizing the conditions of distribution and application of a cosmetic product. In the field of the invention, distributors of liquid or semi-liquid cosmetic products are known. For example, there are known soap dispensers which are refilled periodically with a reserve of product ready for distribution. These dispensers can be automated and provided with a presence sensor which enables the dispensing of a dose of soap when a person positions his hand under a dispensing nozzle. Such dispensers simplify the dispensing of product doses thanks to this contactless triggering. There are also known devices for formulating and dispensing a cosmetic preparation, intended to be installed directly in homes. This type of device includes means for receiving capsules of ingredients for the formulation of a cosmetic preparation. The device then has a stock of ingredients which can be renewed by the introduction of new capsules. Such a device makes it possible, according to precise parameters (desired use for cosmetic preparation, etc.) and data on the user (age, sex, skin type, etc.), to produce a specific and instant formulation of a cosmetic preparation. This instant cosmetic preparation is then deposited on a support which the user can use to carry out a cosmetic treatment. This device for formulating and distributing a cosmetic preparation makes it possible to personalize the cosmetic product distributed according to the person for whom it is intended. The preparation of this personalized treatment is also simplified. Such a formulation and distribution device is however complex and expensive. In addition, in a manner comparable to a distributor using a reserve of product ready for distribution, the conditions of application of the care created by this formulation and distribution device are not personalized. Indeed, these distributors are dedicated to distribution, and in each case the user simply obtains a dose of product to apply. There is thus a need which aims to improve the circumstances of application of a dose of cosmetic product obtained through a distributor. This need is particularly marked for babies to whom a cosmetic product must be applied by their mothers. Indeed, the application of a product can be disturbing and even unpleasant for a child. It is therefore necessary to avoid disturbing the child and / or to be able to appease him. Improving the circumstances of application can also be beneficial for pregnant women when applying a dose of cosmetic product to their stomachs. The invention particularly aims to overcome this need of the prior art. More specifically, the invention aims to propose a device for dispensing doses of a cosmetic product which makes it possible to create a particular atmosphere during the application of the cosmetic product. The invention also aims to provide such a device which is simple to use. These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved thanks to the invention which relates to a device for dispensing a cosmetic product comprising: - a dispensing nozzle; - a mechanism for dispensing a dose of cosmetic product through the dispensing nozzle, from a cosmetic preparation capsule ready to be dispensed; at least a first presence sensor positioned near the dispensing nozzle, the first presence sensor being able to trigger the dispensing mechanism when a hand is presented in front of the first presence sensor, characterized in that it also includes means for aerial distribution of an aromatherapy composition, and in that it includes: - means of reception of disposable cosmetic preparation capsules ready for distribution and / or of aromatherapy composition for aerial distribution; - common electronic means for triggering the distribution mechanism and / or dissemination means. Such a dispensing device according to the invention makes it possible to optimize the conditions for dispensing a dose of cosmetic product, as well as the conditions for applying the dose of cosmetic product. Indeed, thanks to the system of disposable capsules it is easy to prepare the device so that it is ready to dispense a dose. Also, thanks to the common electronic means for triggering the distribution mechanism and the diffusion means, the user can receive a dose of cosmetic product and carry out a treatment (of the face or the body) by applying the dose of cosmetic product distributed, this concomitantly with the aerial distribution of an aromatherapy preparation. These electronic means can in particular synchronize the aerial diffusion of the aromatherapy composition with the distribution of the dose of the cosmetic preparation ready to be distributed, for example by following a predefined program or specific to said cosmetic preparation selected by the user. For example, the cosmetic product can correspond to the following treatments: - baby changing care; - hydration treatment; - relaxation treatment ... The aromatherapy composition can correspond to: - bronchiolitis care; - relaxation treatment ... The first presence sensor capable of triggering the dispensing mechanism is of the “with contact” or, preferably, “without contact” type. According to an example of application of the dispensing device according to the invention, a rich sensory experience can be obtained thanks to the diffusion of an aromatherapy composition having relaxing virtues, in combination with the realization of a massage, the massage being produced using a massage oil dispensed by the dispensing means of the device. This experience is thus optimized thanks to the device which makes it possible to simply obtain good conditions for carrying out the massage. The user can then benefit from a rich sensory experience in a particularly simple way. The distribution device thus makes it possible to obtain a particular experiential moment. The use of the dispensing device according to the invention by a mother wishing to apply a cosmetic product to her baby illustrates the simplicity and the ability of the device to create a moment of experiential application. Indeed, the application of a cosmetic product using the device makes it possible to automatically and synchronously induce optimized and beneficial application conditions. More precisely, the device allows the diffusion of relaxing essential oils which would be able to soothe a baby during a treatment. According to a preferred embodiment, the device comprises: - means of reading identification codes that can be worn by capsules inserted in the reception means; - electronic means for managing the distribution of cosmetic product and / or the aerial distribution of an aromatherapy composition, the electronic management means being coupled to means for reading identification codes. Thanks to this embodiment, the insertion of the capsules into the device makes it possible to automatically generate specific distribution and / or dissemination parameters relating to what is contained in the capsules. In this way, the configuration is optimized according to the capsules and can be carried out in a simple and transparent manner for the user. Advantageously, the device comprises electronic means of wireless communication. These electronic means of wireless communication allow the device to be operated remotely, for example using a computer or a tablet. These electronic means of wireless communication also allow such ordiphone or electronic tablets to display information relating to the actual use of the device (maintenance, capacity of capsules, etc.) or even to display advice on relative use. the type of cosmetic product or aromatherapy composition inserted inside the device. For example, in cooperation with the means for reading identification codes, the insertion of a capsule of cosmetic product and the tensioning of the device may result in the display on a smartphone of a demonstration video detailing the manner whose care must be applied. According to an advantageous characteristic, the dispensing mechanism comprises a circuit for heating the dose of cosmetic product to be dispensed. Such a heating circuit makes it possible to bring the dose of cosmetic product to an optimal application temperature (in particular 37 ° C., in particular to avoid a temperature difference between the cosmetic product and the skin on which this treatment will be applied). Preferably, the device comprises an external surface zone intended to form a hand warmer, and means for heating the external surface zone. Such a hand warmer makes it possible to bring the hands to body temperature, which makes it possible to optimize the conditions of application of a dose of cosmetic product. In a cold environment or in people with cold hands, this hand warmer is particularly effective. Such a hand warmer cooperates synergistically with the heating circuit of the dispensing mechanism. Preferably, the hand warmer comprises at least a second presence sensor. The hand warmer is then triggered in a particularly simple way. The second presence sensor capable of triggering the hand warmer is of the “contactless” or, preferably, “contactless” type. Advantageously, the hand warmer has at least two second presence sensors distributed on either side of the external surface area. Thanks to these two second presence sensors, the hand warmer does not activate unexpectedly if only one presence sensor is activated. According to a preferred embodiment, the device has a dispensing spout for the cosmetic product taking the form of a swan neck having an end extending downwards, the dispensing nozzle being located at the end of the swan neck , and the first presence sensor is of the contactless type and has a detection zone located in a hollow formed by the swan neck, the hollow being located above a horizontal plane in which the dispensing nozzle is inscribed . Thanks to this embodiment, the distribution of a dose of cosmetic product is improved. Indeed, this design forces the user to position his hand below the end of the swan neck while digging the hand so as to present the palm ready to receive the product, with the fingers which come into the hollow of the neck swan, in the detection zone of the first presence sensor. In this way, the hand assumes a particularly suitable form to collect the dose of cosmetic product. In the case where the cosmetic product ready to be dispensed is particularly fluid (oil, milk, this embodiment of the dispenser (dispensing spout in the form of a swan neck, detection zone located in the hollow formed by the swan neck, ...) ensures that the dose will be correctly distributed and collected in the palm of the user's hand. According to a possible solution, the device comprises at least one LED for light therapy. According to another conceivable solution, the device comprises at least one speaker. According to these solutions, the sensory experience enabled by the device is even more optimized. Indeed, the synchronization of the different properties of the device contributes to the creation of a specific atmosphere in a particularly simple way to implement. The loudspeaker can, for example, play sounds suitable for a baby in order to soothe him, or even music chosen by the user. Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention, given by way of illustrative and nonlimiting example, and of the appended drawings among which: - Figure 1 is a schematic representation of the dispensing device according to the invention, in a perspective view and with its cover open; - Figure 2 is a schematic representation of the device according to the invention with its cover closed; - Figures 3 and 4 are side views of the dispensing device; - Figure 5 is a schematic representation of the dispensing device according to the invention, in a front view. Referring to Figures 1 to 5, the dispensing device 1 according to the invention comprises a shell 10 taking, in its lower part, the shape of a base, and, in its upper part, the shape of a swan neck . More precisely and as it appears in FIGS. 3 and 4, the device according to the invention has in its upper part a dispensing spout 101 of cosmetic product which takes the form of a swan neck which has an end 102 s' extending down. Referring to Figure 1, the dispensing device according to the invention comprises: - means of reception 4 of disposable cosmetic preparation capsules ready for distribution and / or aromatherapy composition for aerial distribution; - means 3 for aerial diffusion of an aromatherapy composition located in one of the capsules; - a dispensing nozzle 20; - a dispensing mechanism 21 of a dose of cosmetic product via the dispensing nozzle, from one of the capsules. The shell 10 of the dispensing device comprises a hinged cover 11. This cover 11 is shown in an open position in Figure 1. In the open position of the cover, the receiving means 4 of disposable capsules are accessible. With reference to FIG. 1, the reception means 4 comprise a first housing 40 (located near the end of the swan neck) for capsules of cosmetic product, and a second housing 41 for capsules of composition of aromatherapy. According to the present embodiment, the capsules intended to be inserted into the machine bear identification codes. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the device 1 comprises means 6 for reading these identification codes when the capsules are inserted in the reception means. These reading means 6, comprising in particular sensors, are located on the cover and come opposite the capsules inserted in the first housing 40 and in the second housing 41 once the cover is closed. The capsule identification codes can for example be bar codes, single-use flash codes, or even NFC codes. As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the device also comprises at least one first presence sensor 22 of the “contactless” type which is positioned near the dispensing nozzle 20. This first presence sensor makes it possible to trigger the dispensing mechanism when presenting a hand, or the part of a hand in front of the presence sensor. Still according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the dispensing nozzle is located at the end of the swan neck, and the first presence sensor 22 "without contact" is designed and configured to form a detection space 220 which is located in a hollow formed by the shape of the swan neck, this hollow being located above a horizontal plane in which the dispensing nozzle is inscribed. As illustrated in FIG. 4, this particular shape of the dispensing spout 101 and the relative locations of the first presence sensor and of the dispensing nozzle 20 forces a user who wishes to have a dose of cosmetic product to bend his hand so that his fingers pass into the detection space. Thanks to this configuration, the user tends to present his hand in an optimized manner to properly receive the dose of cosmetic product and thus prevent the cosmetic product from spilling next to the palm of his hand. In other words, this first contactless presence sensor is positioned behind and above the dispensing nozzle with respect to a direction of introduction of a hand to collect a dose of cosmetic product, while being oriented opposite to said dispensing nozzle. This first presence sensor does not trigger a distribution if a person positions only part of his hand just below the dispensing nozzle. According to this embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3, the dispensing mechanism 21 of a dose of cosmetic product comprises: - a piston mechanism 210 actuated by a motor 211; - a heating circuit 212 of the dose to be dispensed. The heating circuit makes it possible to bring a dose of cosmetic product to be distributed at body temperature. The aerial distribution means 3 of an aromatherapy composition are of the ultrasonic type. With reference to FIG. 1, during the insertion of a capsule of aromatherapy composition into the second housing 41 of the reception means, a needle punctures the capsule to initiate the diffusion means. When the diffusion means are triggered, droplets of the aromatherapy composition flow from the aromatherapy composition capsule into a block 32 where they are suspended in the air, in the form of smoke, using an ultrasonic membrane. Fans 30 create an air flow to increase the diffusion of the aromatherapy composition suspended in the air. With reference to FIGS. 1 and 3, the device comprises an electronic card 5. This electronic card includes: - common electronic means 50 for triggering the distribution mechanism 21 and / or diffusion means 3; - Electronic management means 51 for the distribution of cosmetic product and / or the aerial distribution of an aromatherapy composition; - electronic means of wireless communication 52. Thanks to the common electronic triggering means, the distribution of a dose of cosmetic product and the aerial distribution of an aromatherapy composition can be synchronized, or else carried out in a complementary manner in order to obtain in a particularly easy manner a satisfactory sensory experience. The electronic management means are coupled to the reading means 6 of identification codes. These electronic management means make it possible to adapt the distribution of cosmetic product and the aerial distribution of an aromatherapy composition to the products and compositions of the capsules inserted in the device. Indeed, the identification codes allow the configuration means to integrate, for example, the capacity of the capsules (6 mL, 12mL, ...) and the number of doses available in the capsules. According to the identification codes, other parameters of the device according to the invention can be modified such as the heating temperature of the dose of cosmetic product to be dispensed. A security device capable of locking the device can be installed to prevent the use of non-conforming cosmetics and aromatherapy compositions. The identification codes are then used to unlock the device. The electronic wireless communication means 52 allow the distribution device according to the invention to interact with other electronic devices. For example, the dispensing device can be paired with a computer or tablet to control the dispensing device remotely, or receive information from the device. The computer or tablet can have an application dedicated to the distribution device. According to a practical example, the application can display combinations of aromatherapy compositions and cosmetic products to be used in synergy. When inserting the relative capsules into the distribution device, the identification codes make it possible to ensure that the correct products have been inserted into the reception means of the device, and the electronic means of wireless communication can then send information relating to these products. The application can then automatically display a demonstration video explaining the method to follow to properly apply the treatments. The application can also manage the stocks of capsules by listing the capsules used, then allow you to place a new order for capsules taking into account what has been used. As illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 5, the device 1 comprises: - An external surface area 70 intended to form a hand warmer 7; - Heating means 71 of the external surface area (shown in Figures 3 and 5). This external surface area 70 is located on the base of the device and more precisely on the front face of this base. The hand warmer 7 has two second presence sensors 72 of the "contact" type which are distributed on either side of the external surface area. Thanks to this distribution, the hand warmer tends to activate only if a person correctly positions his hand on the external surface area (for example by positioning his thumb and index finger on the presence sensors). With reference to FIGS. 2, 4 and 5, the device 1 also includes speakers 9. Finally, the device includes light therapy LEDs 8 (illustrated in FIG. 5). The light therapy LEDs and the speakers can, for example, be triggered when carrying out a particular program (a massage for example). The speakers can then automatically broadcast sounds or relaxing music adapted to the type of massage performed. Likewise, following the massage, the light therapy LEDs can then follow a precise sequence to optimize the relaxing effect of the massage. The user can use a tablet on which he has previously installed the information application dedicated to the device, and which he has paired with the device. On the application, the user can for example select a massage program that he wishes to perform. In the context of the application of a cosmetic product (a treatment) to a baby by its mother, the application can indicate to the mother a suitable combination comprising a capsule of relaxing aromatherapy composition and a capsule of ready cosmetic product to work. Following the insertion of the capsules into the device, the device is automatically set up and a demonstration video can be displayed on the electronic tablet to explain the optimal way to perform the treatment. The mother can then start the treatment by warming her hands using the hand warmer, recovering the dose of cosmetic product warmed to body temperature, then starting to carry out the application, for example a massage. When carrying out this treatment, the device according to the invention automatically triggers the aerial diffusion of the aromatherapy composition, creates a luminous atmosphere synchronized with the massage via the light therapy LEDs and also diffuses noises or music. relaxing also synchronized with care. The device according to the invention thus makes it possible to obtain, in a simple manner, an experiential distribution and application of a cosmetic product.
